2. AI Processing & Third-Party Disclosure

To provide automated trade intelligence, regulatory monitoring, and verification analysis, information submitted for those services may be processed using Google Gemini and OpenAI APIs as components of BlueCrown's drafting and verification workflows.

3. Data Minimization & Communication Retention

BlueCrown applies data-minimization principles to its public web services. The public website does not provide a permanent client-document repository. Information submitted through consultation, readiness-review, or contact forms is handled through the site's configured intake and business-communication systems, with retention dependent on the applicable service and administrative requirements.
